1. What is hotel policy regarding outside visitors?
We are strictly a NO-SEX TOURISM hotel. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the rooms. In order to avoid an uncomfortable situation, our guests are asked to provide us with a copy of their passport upon check in. This policy is for the safety of all guests and to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all.
If a partner or family member will be joining the registered guest at a later date, the names of those friends/family members should be listed on the initial form and a passport copy will be taken upon arrival. Again, your safety and comfort is our first concern.
2. Why are children above 10 only welcomed in the hotel?
Our hotel is small and does not have facilities for younger children. It is mainly a question of security, logistics and comfort for the other guests.
3. Do you organize trips, taxis, tuk-tuks?
Our reception can help you organize plane or boat tickets, or taxi rides to other provinces.
We also assist our guests in organizing city tours with or without guides in different languages.
Please note that all tickets can be booked upon arrival.
We do not work with any tuk-tuk drivers. The ones waiting outside our hotel are independent of our hotel structure. A price guide is available on the bulletin board in the reception and in your room for your perusal.
4. Do you have luggage storage facility?
Yes! You can leave your luggage with us in a safe storage until your return to the Villa Paradiso. But please note that we are not responsible for any loss, and this is a courtesy service.
5. Sometimes, in your booking system the hotel shows no room available. Does that mean that you have no rooms available?
If the same room is not available for the whole duration of the stay, the reservation system will not show any specific availability. Many times, rooms will be available, but the guest will have to change rooms. If changing rooms is not an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us with the preferred choice of room.
6. Is my credit card charged at time of booking?
Usually not. The credit card is only charged in case of a no-show, or cancellation up to 7 days prior of arrival. Only in case you choose a non refundable, non changeable rates charges will show on your credit card. Should you book through a 3rd party charges might apply as per their payment policy
7. Does the restaurant have vegetarian or gluten free dishes on the menu?
Yes, we do offer a great variety. Please check our menue online on www.dineinthelush.com If you have specific dietary requirements, please ask and we will do our best to meet your needs.
8. What are the room prices?
There is a table showing after you enter your travel dates as they vary depending on the season and occupancy.
Please note that our prices at the beginning of the reservation process will show excluding the 10% VAT.
9. Are all the rooms non smoking?
Yes. All of our rooms are non-smoking. For those guests who smoke, there are rooms with outdoor access where smoking is allowed. The ideal rooms for smokers would be the Music Room (private balcony) the Harmony Suite (private patio) and the pool pavilions have small tables outside the doors.
In addition, we have designated smoking areas accessible to all our guests, such as the upper floor balcony and our open space restaurant area.
10. Is the spa facility opened to outside guests?
Yes. Our spa is open to everyone. Any outside guest that has booked a spa treatment can use the pool, sauna, whirlpool and access our free wifi.
11. Can non guests use the pool?
In order to keep our pool area private, comfortable, and ensure seating for our in house guests, we limit outside guests around the pool to those who have booked a spa treatment.
12. If we are booked in the hotel, can our family and friends join us at the pool?
For the same reason as above, the only outside guests allowed around the pool, are those who have booked a spa treatment.
